Job CONDITIONS

Experience/Minimum Education Requirements

Requires a minimum of seven (7) years of current and progressive professional digital marketing-related experience, including five (5) years of management experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
Proven working experience in digital marketing.
Email marketing and marketing automation experience is required; candidate must have experience working with a marketing automation platform such as Marketo, Intuvo, Prisma Campaigns, Eloqua, M365 for Marketing (Dynamics) or a similar platform.
Project management experience is also required.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field or the equivalent level of education and experience.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, Cross Context Behavior Advertising, Data/Analytics, working knowledge of HTML.
Creative, flexible and innovative team player.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong editing and presentation skills.
Must be an analytical independent thinker with a strong ability to develop and execute digital marketing efforts based upon solid logic, trends, research and product/services knowledge.

Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Hours: Regular Business Hours

Salary Range: $110,500 - $151,900 per year, which is base pay.
Compensation will be based on candidate qualifications.

Job Scope/Duties

Responsible for developing, creating and implementing digital marketing strategies that support Star One’s acquisition, engagement and retention efforts through digital channels including website, mobile, online banking, search/display/retargeting, social media, email and marketing automation.
Develops and manages strategies to support new member onboarding and cross-selling.
Proactively collaborates with internal teams to understand member behaviors and build and implement a digital marketing strategy.
Utilizes strong analytical skills to evaluate and recommend end-to-end member experience across multiple channels and member touchpoints.
Brainstorms and proactively recommends creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Plans and executes all web marketing, email, social media, and digital advertising campaigns and works closely with the marketing team.
